    Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with a printable return shipping label. Simply affix it to your return package, and drop off at your local post office. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the item is processed. Refunds are issued as soon as possible upon receipt and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. 

    Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Product(s) must be unused with original labels attached.

    All returns for refund will be subject to a $7.95 restocking fee

    We use standard USPS service for our free shipping.

Perfect except when using a smart phone

I love these gloves. They are perfect for spring skiing, XC skiing, snow shoeing, hiking, errands around town and biking when the weather is cold. They have excellent dexterity, the leather provides good grip and they are breathable. These gloves are meant for warmer weather or if you are doing a high intensity cardio activity like XC skiing on a colder day. They block most wind on the front by your fingers but have breathable material elsewhere which I like, so hands can breath and stay dry. I just returned from a March skiing trip in Chamonix and forgot to pack these and oh boy was I upset! They would have been perfect for the sunny, 35 degree days in the French alps! I have the ones that are all black and they look nice enough to wear around town, and feel great when driving a car.

Only giving them 4 out of 5 stars since they are difficult to use with a smart phone's touch screen. I rarely use my phone when out so it isn't a problem, but want to let others know. Overall, I love these gloves and would recommend them to all my friends, with the caveat that they are not the best with a touch screen.
